Create a premium vertical Canva motivational quote poster in a 4:5 portrait format.

At the very top, place the exact quote in LARGE, BOLD, elegant, highly readable typography:

“The future belongs to dreamers”
— Eleanor Roosevelt

Make the quote the main visual focus at the top. Keep the text clean, centered, sharp, and easy to read. Do not hide, crop, distort, or cover any part of the quote.

Below the quote, create a cinematic and inspiring scene of a young dreamer standing on a beautiful hilltop, looking toward a breathtaking sunrise and a vast horizon. Show warm golden sunlight breaking through soft clouds, symbolizing hope, ambition, dreams, and a bright future.

Include a peaceful landscape with distant mountains, soft mist, glowing sunlight, and subtle natural details. Use photorealistic cinematic photography, warm golden lighting, soft depth of field, premium editorial design, and highly detailed visuals.

The overall mood should feel hopeful, ambitious, inspiring, peaceful, and powerful. Keep the composition clean and uncluttered, making it look like a professionally designed Canva motivational social media post.

## Description — “How to Tame Your Wandering Mind” | Amishi Jha
In this video, I review **Amishi Jha’s talk “How to Tame Your Wandering Mind”** in both **English and Urdu**.
In this talk, Amishi Jha explains why our minds wander and how we can improve our **focus, attention, and concentration** through practice and mindfulness. I also share what I learned from the talk and why these ideas can be useful for students in their daily studies.
This review helped me understand that having a wandering mind is normal, and with regular practice, we can learn to bring our attention back to the task we are doing.
Thank you for watching my review!

Task topic:"Okay" - The Story Behind the World's Favorite Word
“Okay” is one of the most used words in the world! It can mean agreement, peace, understanding, or simply that everything is fine. Sometimes a small “Okay” can calm worries, end confusion, and make conversations smoother.
In daily life, we say “Okay” to friends, family, classmates, and coworkers. It’s a short word, but it carries kindness, patience, and acceptance. Whether you’re starting a journey or facing challenges, saying “Okay” can mean you’re ready to move forward with confidence.
Life is not always perfect, but being “Okay” reminds us that we can stay positive even during difficult moments. It teaches us to accept situations, stay calm, and continue growing stronger every day.
Sometimes “Okay” is more powerful than long speeches because it shows understanding and peace. Keep smiling, keep believing, and remember — it’s perfectly okay to not have everything figured out.
