  • “Pakistanio… Aap Deserve Karte Hain.”

    — By Rehan Allahwala

Mere pyare Pakistani bhaiyo aur behno,

Aaj main aik aisi baat kehna chahta hoon

    Aap deserve karte hain.
    Aap izzat ke haqdaar hain.
    Aap mohabbat ke laayak hain.
    Aap barkat ke mustahiq hain.

Magar hum mein se bohot se log,
    be-shaumar log,
andar hi andar ek lafz chhupa kar jeete hain:

“Main kis cheez ka haqdaar hoon?”
“Mere jaise ko kya milna hai?”
    “Main deserve hi nahi karta.”

Yeh lafz sirf Pakistani masla nahi—
yeh dard purani naslon ki khamoshi,
    society ka dabao,
aur waqt ka bojh hota hai.

Magar aaj main aap ko ek nayi kahani dene aaya hoon—
    aik nayi soch.

    Aap kam nahi ho.
    Aap chhote nahi ho.
    Aap kamzor nahi ho.
Aap ke iradon ne aap ko qeemati banaya hai.

    Rasool Allah ﷺ ne kaha:

“Apne aap ko zillat mein mat daalo.”
    (Lā tahqiranna nafsak)

    Lekin hum kya karte hain?
Hum apne aap ko hi neecha dekhte hain.
Hum kehte hain “main kaun hoon?”
Hum kehte hain “main layak nahi.”

    Magar Sunnat yeh kehti hai:
    Apni rooh ko izzat do.
    Apni qeemat pehchano.
Apne aap ko chhota mat kaho.

Agar Allah ne aap ko izzat di,
to aap ko izzat qubool bhi karni chahiye.

    Rumi aaj aap se kehte:

“Tum samajhte ho tum mitti ho…
par tumhare andar noor ka samandar chhupa hai.”

Main yeh alfaz puri qaum ko kehna chahta hoon:

    Pakistanio, aap mitti nahi.
    Aap sirf tax payers nahi.
    Aap sirf vote nahi.
    Aap noor ka samandar ho.
Aap ki rooh bohot badi hai.

    Aap chhote tab bante ho
jab aap apne aap ko chhota samajhte ho.

**Main yeh post Ali ke liye nahi…

Aap sab ke liye likh raha hoon.**

    Har woh kaamgar
jo sochta hai ke woh layak nahi.
    Har woh maa
jo haqeeqat chhupa kar sab sambhalti hai.
    Har woh student
jo samajhta hai woh zyada nahi kar sakta.
    Har woh dost
jo “sorry” zyada bolta hai aur “thank you” kam.
    Har woh bhai
jo apni qeemat samajh hi nahi paata.

Main aap sab se ek baat kehna chahta hoon:

    Aap deserve karte ho.
    Aap deserve karte ho.
    Aap deserve karte ho.

Allah ne jo izzat aap ko di hai
    woh koi cheen nahi sakta

    • Main apni qeemat khud tay karunga.
    • Main izzat, pyaar, barkat aur kamyabi deserve karta hoon.
    • Main jo achha aaye ga, sharminda nahi hoonga—
shukr ke saath qubool karoon ga.

Agar aap duniya ki best cheezon ke laayak hain
to woh isliye nahi ke zindagi ne kuch diya—

    Aap mere bhai ho.
    Aap meri behn ho.
    Aap hamari qaum ho.
Aur main aap ko unhi aankhon se dekhna chahta hoon
jin se main apne bhai Ali ko dekhta hoon:

    Qeemati.
    Roshan.
    La-misaal.
    Deserving.

    Pakistanio…
    Aap deserve karte ho.
Kabhi is haq ko mat Choro.

  • BetaBlox — A New Kind of Accelerator Helping Founders Make Their First Million

Every year thousands of early-stage entrepreneurs struggle with the same problem:
How do I grow my idea into a real business without spending huge amounts of money upfront?
Most accelerators charge fees, take equity, or require long commitments before they even help you.

BetaBlox, a U.S.–based accelerator founded by Wes Bergmann in 2012, has flipped the entire model upside down.

Instead of asking for money first, they prove their value before charging anything. They train, mentor, polish, and guide founders for months — and only when the founder succeeds and earns their first major income, they take just 2% of the next one million dollars.

This model is smart, fair, and entrepreneur-friendly.

    What Exactly Is BetaBlox?

BetaBlox is one of America’s fastest-growing entrepreneurship training companies (ranked #377 in the USA).
    Their goal is simple:

“We help early-stage entrepreneurs make their first million.”

    They do this through:
    Expert-led classes
    Monthly live workshops
    1:1 mentor pairings
A community of 1,000+ alumni and investors
    An immersive in-person mastermind
Business strategy, funding insights, and growth tools

They’ve been doing this since 2012, and their alumni have gone on to build multi-million-dollar businesses.

    Why Their Model Works

    Most founders have two problems:

They can’t afford good mentors and training
They don’t know what they don’t know

BetaBlox removes both problems by giving tremendous value upfront.

If you grow and succeed, they only take 2% of your early success.
If you don’t grow, you pay nothing.

    This aligns incentives perfectly:
    • You win → They win
    • You struggle → They support
    • You fail → They lose (not you)

This makes BetaBlox very selective; they only pick people they believe they can help scale.

    Who Should Apply?

    You should apply if:

You have a startup idea or early product

You are serious about building a real business

You want expert guidance but cannot pay large fees

You want to avoid giving equity away too early

You want step-by-step mentorship from people who have built real companies

You want to join a powerful network of founders and investors

You are committed to growing for the next 12–24 months

This is NOT for people who just want to “try something.”
It is for builders who want to scale, grow, and earn real revenue.

    How to Apply (Simple Steps)

BetaBlox made their process very easy:

    Step 1:

Press the “Send Message” button on their Facebook ad.

    Step 2:

Messenger will ask you a few basic questions.

    Step 3:

They will send you to their website where you must write 1–3 sentences about your startup.

    Step 4:

An analyst from their team will schedule a call to confirm your fit.

That’s it — no long forms, no complicated process, no interviews lasting days.

Why This Matters for Pakistani Entrepreneurs

Pakistan has thousands of young founders with amazing ideas — but no guidance, no mentorship, and no exposure to global markets.

    Organizations like BetaBlox:
    • Train founders
    • Teach them how business works in the real world
    • Connect them to investors
    • Help them earn their first serious income

I believe models like this should exist inside Pakistan too — and through Rehan School, we are moving in the same direction:
    1,000 leaders → 1,000 million-dollar businesses → 1 million lives improved each.

    Final Thought

If you are an entrepreneur — especially early-stage — and you want a serious, proven, and supportive accelerator that grows only if you grow, BetaBlox is worth looking into.

    Success loves structure.
    Structure comes from mentorship.
    Mentorship accelerates everything.

If you feel you’re ready, apply.

Your first million starts with one message.

  • Monis Rahman — The Man Who Put Pakistan to Work

When the history of Pakistan’s digital economy is written, one name will always appear in bold letters: Monis Rehman — the founder of Rozee.pk, the platform that helped millions of Pakistanis find jobs, build careers, and gain confidence in their future.

His journey is not just a business story. It is a story of purpose, patriotism, and thinking big for Pakistan.

Early Life: A Child of Two Worlds

Monis Rehman was born in Pakistan but raised between cultures. He spent his early years moving between Pakistan and the United States, absorbing two very different worlds. From Pakistan, he inherited passion, heart, and a desire to uplift people. From America, he absorbed technology, systems, and the hunger to solve big problems.

He studied engineering and computer science in the U.S. and began his career in Silicon Valley — the place where dreams and code come together. But even at that time, his eyes were always on Pakistan.

A Misguided Moment That Became a Turning Point

Like many young Pakistanis abroad, Monis wanted to do something meaningful for his homeland. When he returned to Pakistan in the early 2000s to build a tech startup, he faced a challenge: How do you find the right people to hire?

There was no reliable online job portal in Pakistan. The process was slow, messy, inefficient, and unfair.

    That pain became the spark.

    The Birth of Rozee.pk

In 2007, Monis launched Rozee.pk, a simple job-posting platform. It began with a small team and a big vision:
To use technology to connect talented Pakistanis with good employers.

Within a few years, Rozee.pk became Pakistan’s largest online job marketplace. It changed lives:
    • Millions of people found employment
    • Hundreds of thousands of companies hired talent
    • Recruiters finally had a modern system
    • Job seekers had dignity and opportunity

Monis proved that you don’t have to leave Pakistan to succeed — you can build global-level tech right here.

    Leadership Style: Humble, Hands-On, Nation-Focused

Monis Rehman is known for his humility. Despite being one of Pakistan’s top tech founders, he remains simple, approachable, and deeply focused on impact. He believes that Pakistan’s biggest asset is its people — and that with the right tools, anyone can rise.

His work didn’t stop at jobs. He built:
    • Finja – a fintech startup to empower small businesses
    • Dastak – a digital platform for home chefs
    • Other ventures that show his commitment to building Pakistan’s digital infrastructure

Where others see problems, Monis sees opportunities.

    A Visionary for Pakistan’s Future

Monis always talks about one thing: building systems that empower Pakistanis.

    His philosophy is simple:
    • If people get jobs, poverty goes down.
    • If businesses find talent, the economy grows.
    • If youth have opportunity, the country rises.

He is one of the rare founders who thinks not just about profit, but about national uplift.

Why We Must Learn From Him

Today, millions of Pakistanis have earned salaries, supported families, and built careers because of Rozee.pk. The impact is bigger than many universities.

Where universities give degrees, Monis gave opportunity.

Where the system creates bottlenecks, he created access.

Where people were hopeless, he gave them a path.

This is why Pakistan needs 100 more Monis Rehmans — people who build platforms that change lives at scale.

    A Call to Action

Let us study his life, his mindset, his courage, his clarity. Let us teach our youth to think like him.

Let us create platforms, not just businesses.

Let us solve problems, not just complain.

Monis Rehman’s story is the story of a man who believed that Pakistan can rise — and then proved it.

From America, he absorbed technology, systems, and the hunger to solve big problems. He studied engineering and computer science in the U.S. and began his career in Silicon Valley — the place where dreams and code come together. But even at that time, his eyes were always on Pakistan. ⸻ A Misguided Moment That Became a Turning Point Like many young Pakistanis abroad, Monis wanted to do something meaningful for his homeland. When he returned to Pakistan in the early 2000s to build a tech startup, he faced a challenge: How do you find the right people to hire? There was no reliable online job portal in Pakistan. The process was slow, messy, inefficient, and unfair. That pain became the spark. ⸻ The Birth of Rozee.pk In 2007, Monis launched Rozee.pk, a simple job-posting platform. It began with a small team and a big vision: To use technology to connect talented Pakistanis with good employers. Within a few years, Rozee.pk became Pakistan’s largest online job marketplace. It changed lives: • Millions of people found employment • Hundreds of thousands of companies hired talent • Recruiters finally had a modern system • Job seekers had dignity and opportunity Monis proved that you don’t have to leave Pakistan to succeed — you can build global-level tech right here. ⸻ Leadership Style: Humble, Hands-On, Nation-Focused Monis Rehman is known for his humility. Despite being one of Pakistan’s top tech founders, he remains simple, approachable, and deeply focused on impact. He believes that Pakistan’s biggest asset is its people — and that with the right tools, anyone can rise. His work didn’t stop at jobs. He built: • Finja – a fintech startup to empower small businesses • Dastak – a digital platform for home chefs • Other ventures that show his commitment to building Pakistan’s digital infrastructure Where others see problems, Monis sees opportunities. ⸻ A Visionary for Pakistan’s Future Monis always talks about one thing: building systems that empower Pakistanis. His philosophy is simple: • If people get jobs, poverty goes down. • If businesses find talent, the economy grows. • If youth have opportunity, the country rises. He is one of the rare founders who thinks not just about profit, but about national uplift. ⸻ Why We Must Learn From Him Today, millions of Pakistanis have earned salaries, supported families, and built careers because of Rozee.pk. ⸻ A Call to Action Let us study his life, his mindset, his courage, his clarity. Let us teach our youth to think like him. Let us create platforms, not just businesses. Let us solve problems, not just complain. Monis Rehman’s story is the story of a man who believed that Pakistan can rise — and then proved it. h

  • Who is Ijaz Shafi Gillani of Gallup Pakistan?

Ijaz Shafi Gillani is one of Pakistan’s most respected social scientists and the founder & chairman of Gallup Pakistan, the country’s oldest and most reliable public opinion research organization. For more than 40 years, he has measured what Pakistanis think — about politics, economics, education, media, society, and the future.

Key Highlights of His Life & Work

    1. Founder of Gallup Pakistan (1980)
Pakistan’s first public opinion research institution
He introduced scientific polling to Pakistan at a time when almost no one was collecting data about public thinking. His work became the foundation for modern survey research in the country.

    2. Advisor to Governments, Media & Global Institutions
    His data has guided:
    • Government planning departments
    • International organizations (UN, World Bank)
    • Media channels (Geo, Dawn, ARY)
    • Universities and policy makers

Whenever you hear “Gallup Survey shows…” — that is often his team’s work.

    3. Teacher, Thinker, and Mentor
    He has taught at:
    • Quaid-e-Azam University
    • Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS)
    • Forman Christian College (FCC)

Thousands of students, journalists, and policymakers learned data-based decision making through him.

    4. Global Recognition
Ijaz Gillani is part of the Worldwide Gallup Association, connecting Pakistan’s data with 100+ countries.

    5. Record-keeper of Pakistan’s Feelings
For decades he has asked Pakistanis:
    • Are you satisfied with your life?
    • Are things going in the right direction?
    • Who will you vote for?
    • What do you fear the most?
    • What do you hope for?

His work is like a diary of Pakistan’s emotions.

    Why His Work Matters Today

In a country where decisions are often made without data, Gillani’s research gives facts, not opinions.

    He showed Pakistan that:
    • You cannot improve what you cannot measure.
    • Every policy must be based on public need, not guesswork.
    • Data is the backbone of progress.

He helped Pakistan move from “andaza” to “evidence.”
