Our biggest friend and enemy is our own mind ! Take time to learn how it works ! Beautiful knowledge is now available on YouTube on how conciousness, conscious brain, sub conscious brain, amygdala, and other parts of the brain works and make us go though certain things called, love, pain, anger etc ! We are all drug addicts, these drugs are made by our own brain ! We must learn about them so we can use them in better way ! https://youtu.be/V0IueKTyV20 this is a great start !
