Our Commitment to Child Safety

Paki is committed to providing a safe environment for all users, especially children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation on our platform.

This policy outlines our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in compliance with Google Play's child safety requirements and applicable laws.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following is strictly prohibited on Paki:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Content that sexualizes minors
• Grooming or solicitation of minors
• Sextortion or any form of exploitation targeting minors
• Trafficking of minors
• Any content that endangers children

Users who upload, share, or distribute such content will be immediately banned, their content removed, and reported to the relevant authorities including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Detection and Enforcement

Content Moderation

We use a combination of automated tools and human review to detect and remove prohibited content. All user-generated content is subject to our community guidelines.

Reporting Mechanisms

Users can report child safety concerns through:

• The in-app report button available on all content and profiles

Response Process

All child safety reports are treated as the highest priority. Upon receiving a report:

• Content is immediately reviewed and removed if it violates our policies
• The offending account is suspended pending investigation
• Reports are filed with NCMEC and local law enforcement as required by law
• We preserve evidence and cooperate fully with authorities

Age Requirements

Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on Paki. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are found to belong to users under the minimum age requirement.

Compliance with Laws

Paki complies with all applicable child safety laws, including but not limited to:

• Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
• PROTECT Our Children Act
• Applicable regional and national child protection laws

We report all identified CSAM to NCMEC through the CyberTipline and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
