My suggestion most who are stuggling in life with children is to not send your children to only study but please please please send them to work also for a few hours a day, for a few months per business, and let them change jobs so they get trained in differnt worldly trades so they know what life is all about, study online on sites like edx.org coursera.org at a very very young age, and build on their confidence and problem solving, and positiveness skills.

میں اپنی زندگی کی کہانی ریحان اللہ والا صاحب کو Delegate کرتی ہوں میرا تعلق پشاور کہ ایک مڈل کلاس طبقے سے ہے 2 سال کی تھی جب پولیو جیسے مرض کا شکار ہو گئی وقت آہستہ آ ہستہ کٹتا رہا میں نے ایک سکول میں داخلہ لے لیا اور تعلیم حاصل کرنے لگی اس طرح میں نے ایف اے تک تعلیم حاصل کر لی پر اس دوران مجھے لوگوں کی گھورتی اور ترس بھری نگاہوں نے بہت دل برداشتہ کیا نہ چاہتے ہوئے بھی تعلیم کے شوق میں گھر سے نکلنا پڑا یہ لمبا سفر طے کرنے کہ بعد میری شادی اپنے ہی پڑوس میں ایک لڑکے سے کر دی گئی لڑکا بہت اچھا تھا اس نے مجھے میری معذوری کے ساتھ قبول کیا پر اس کے گھر والوں نے مجھے قبول نہ کیا خیر جیسے تیسے کر کہ ٹائم گذرتا گیا میرے تین بچے ہو گئے اتنے میں ایک دن میرے Husband کے ساتھ ایک حادثہ پیش آیا جس سے ان کا دماغی توازن بگڑ گیا بچے ابھی چھوٹے تھے چھوٹا بچہ نرسری میں پڑھ رہا تھا اور کوئی کمانے کا ذریعہ بھی نہیں تھا ان کی پرائیویٹ جاب تھی اوپر آ سمان تھا اور نیچے ہم بے آ سرا ومددگار ان کی بیماری اور بچوں کی تعلیم کے خرچہ کا سوچ کر میرا اپنا دماغی توازن کام نہیں کر رہا تھا اور اپنی حالت بھی ایسی نہ تھی کہ گھر سے باہر نکل کر کچھ کام کاج کر سکوں کچھ ٹائم گھر پر گزارنے کے بعد میں نے ایک اسٹور پر جاب شروع کر دی جس میں مجھے اپنی اس معذوری کی حالت میں بھی 12 گھنٹے کھڑے ہو کر چیزیں Sale کرنی پڑھتی تھیں صبح بچوں کو بھوکا اسکول بھیجتی تھی اور رات کو بسوں میں دھکے کھاتی گرتی پڑتی گھر پہنچ کر بچوں کو کھانا دیتی تھی ادھر خاوند کی بیماری بڑھتی گئی کبھی ان کو ہسپتال میں داخل کرواتی کبھی گھر لے آ تی پر ان کی بیماری میں اضافہ ہوتا گیا برے حالات میں اپنے بھی ساتھ چھوڑ دیتے ہیں سب نے کہا بچوں کو اسکول سے اٹھا کر کسی کام پر بیٹھا دو پر میں نہ مانی اور بچوں کی تعلیم جاری رکھی نہ صرف ان کو اچھے اور بہترین تعلیمی اداروں میں تعلیم دلوائی بلکہ ان کو ایک اچھا ماحول بھی دیا میڑک میری بیٹی نے ٹاپ ٹین کی پوزیشن میں پاس کیا اس کے بعد میری بیٹی نے BS,c ایڈورڈ کالج پشاور سے کیا اج میری بیٹی پشاور یونیورسٹی سےEnvironmental sciences میں ماسٹر کر رہی ہے دوسرا بچہ بھی BBA کر رہاہے اور تیسرا بچہ سیکنڈ ائر کا امتحان دے چکا ہے ساتھ ساتھ بیٹوں کو الیکٹریشن میں ڈپلومہ بھی کروایا پر میری زندگی کا سفر ابھی ختم نہیں ہوا مجھے اپنے بچوں کو کسی مقام پر پہنچانا ہے وقت کے دھکے کھاتی گرتی پڑتی مجھے بھی ایک ایسی آ رگنائزیشن میں جاب مل گئی جہاں پر ان کا مقصد ریسپیشن پر یعنی فرنٹ ڈسک پر ایک معذور لڑکی کو جاب دینا تھا اس طرح مجھے اس آ رگنائزیشن میں جاب مل گئی جو کہ ایک بہترین آرگنائزیشن ہے اور مجھے اس میں کام کرتے دس سال ہو گئے ہیں میں نے اپنی زندگی کے 38 سال امتحانات میں گزارے اور نہ معلوم ابھی اور کتنے امتحانات آ گے گزرنا پڑھے کیونکہ ابھی بچوں کی تعلیمی اخراجات میری پہنچ سے آگے بڑھ رہے ہیں اور ہمارے ملک میں ایسا کوئی ادارہ نہیں کہ وہ میری مدد کرے کہ میں اپنے بچوں کی تعلیم جاری رکھ سکوں ۔اگر آپ حضرات کے پاس میرے لئے کوئی مشورہ ہو تو پلیز مجھ سے شئیر کریں ۔
