کہانی کچھ یوں ہے کہ ایک رات مولانا نصرالدین اپنے گھر کے باہر گلی میں کھمبے کے نیچے بیٹھے ہوئے کچھ تلاش کر رہے تھے۔ ایک شخص وہاں سے گزرتا ہے اور مولانا کو دیکھ کر پوچھتا ہے، "مولانا، آپ کیا تلاش کر رہے ہیں؟"

مولانا نے جواب دیا، "میری چابیاں گم ہو گئی ہیں، میں وہی تلاش کر رہا ہوں۔"

یہ سن کر وہ شخص بھی مدد کرنے کے لیے مولانا کے ساتھ چابیاں تلاش کرنے لگا۔ کچھ دیر بعد اور لوگ بھی وہاں سے گزرتے ہیں اور انہیں بھی مولانا کی مدد کے لیے چابیاں تلاش کرنے میں شامل ہو جاتے ہیں۔ اب وہاں کافی لوگ جمع ہو چکے ہوتے ہیں اور سب کھمبے کے نیچے چابیاں تلاش کر رہے ہوتے ہیں۔

کافی دیر گزر جاتی ہے، تقریباً ایک یا دو گھنٹے ہو جاتے ہیں، لیکن چابیاں نہیں ملتیں۔ آخر کار، ان میں سے ایک شخص جو تنگ آ چکا ہوتا ہے، مولانا سے پوچھتا ہے، "مولانا، کیا آپ کو یقین ہے کہ آپ کی چابیاں یہاں گری تھیں؟"

مولانا نصرالدین مسکراتے ہوئے جواب دیتے ہیں، "نہیں، میری چابیاں تو گھر کے اندر گری تھیں۔"

یہ سن کر وہ شخص حیران ہو کر کہتا ہے، "پھر آپ یہاں باہر کیوں تلاش کر رہے ہیں؟"

مولانا بڑے اطمینان سے جواب دیتے ہیں، "کیونکہ یہاں روشنی ہے اور اندر اندھیرا ہے۔"

یہ کہانی ہمیں یہ سبق دیتی ہے کہ ہم اکثر اپنے مسائل کو وہاں تلاش کرتے ہیں جہاں ہمیں آسانی ہوتی ہے، نہ کہ وہاں جہاں مسئلہ واقعاً موجود ہوتا ہے۔ مولانا نصرالدین کی یہ کہانی ہماری سوچ کو چیلنج کرتی ہے اور ہمیں اصل مسئلہ تلاش کرنے کی ترغیب دیتی ہے، چاہے وہ کتنا ہی مشکل کیوں نہ ہو۔

ڈپریشن کی 4 پوشیدہ علامات اور ان کے حل:

1. علامت: دوسروں کی خوشی میں شامل ہو کر وہ خوشی نہ محسوس کر پانا جو آپ کو پہلے محسوس ہوتی تھی۔
حل: اپنی خوشیوں اور دلچسپیوں کی دوبارہ تلاش کریں، چاہے وہ چھوٹی چھوٹی چیزیں ہی کیوں نہ ہوں۔ کسی تھراپسٹ یا دوست سے بات کریں۔
2. علامت: لوگوں کے ساتھ گھل مل جانے کے بجائے خود کو الگ تھلگ اور بے چین محسوس کرنا۔
حل: روزانہ کی بنیاد پر خود کو تھوڑا تھوڑا لوگوں سے ملنے کی عادت ڈالیں۔ ایک سپورٹ گروپ یا کمیونٹی میں شامل ہوں جہاں آپ کو سمجھا جائے۔
3. علامت: دن بھر اپنے کام اور ذمہ داریاں نبھانا لیکن دل میں اداسی اور خالی پن محسوس کرنا۔
حل: اپنے روزمرہ کے معمولات میں کچھ وقت اپنے لیے نکالیں۔ میڈیٹیشن، ورزش، یا کوئی تخلیقی سرگرمی جیسے لکھنا یا پینٹنگ کرنا مددگار ثابت ہو سکتا ہے۔
4. علامت: لوگوں میں آپ کا خوش نظر آنا مگر اندر سے تنہا اور خالی محسوس کرنا۔
حل: اپنے جذبات کو چھپانے کے بجائے ان کا سامنا کریں۔ کسی قابل اعتماد شخص سے بات کریں اور اپنے اندر کے احساسات کا اظہار کریں۔

اگر آپ یا آپ کا کوئی پیارا ان علامات کا سامنا کر رہا ہے تو براہ کرم مدد حاصل کریں۔ آپ کی ذہنی صحت اہم ہے، اور اس کی حفاظت ضروری ہے۔
