◦ Binge-watch Netflix

◦ Taking small steps
◦ Building habits
◦ Celebrating progress
When you do this, you tap into the "reward center" of your brain.
𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝗰𝗸:
Set a goal, no matter how small it is.
Complete that goal, no matter how long it takes.
Youll get a shot of dopamine.
With time, youll start craving that shot of happiness.
