Forcing yourself to “figure your shit out” might actually set you out of alignment… And feeling lost and directionless can actually be a good thing! It means you’re in the wide open space of asking, “What the hell do I do next?” Let’s play in that space! Perhaps you can remember a time when you were a kid with no agenda, no worries about what you were going to do tomorrow, and maybe you even loved getting lost sometimes? You just kept playing and being lost became an adventure! What if you could apply that same perspective into adulthood? What if the answers come in NOT forcing yourself to figure out the next step, or in judging yourself for not “having it all together?” FYI: Claiming to “have it all together” is some mumbo jumbo — all of us are just making this shit up as we go! There is no one “all together” path….Yours is unique and special to you! What if you just relaxed and allowed yourself to be in the “lost” space without judgement? Here’s what I’ve found: when you relax and allow yourself to be in that space, often answers just appear. Sometimes they’re already there, but because you’re in a space of judgement and trying to force a path to appear, you can’t see it and that slows you down. It’s like you’ve lost touch with the magic of the flow and your creative power to imagine a future that exceeds anything you’ve previously experienced… And maybe you’ve outgrown your old paradigms and you can’t yet see the next step because you’ve never taken it before… Trust. Trust and let what needs to come through, come through. Let go. Let go and receive. پچھلے 15 سالوں سے جب لوگ مجھے ان باکس میں شادی کا مطالبہ کرتے ہیں تو میں نے ان سے کہا کہ ایک سادہ سی شادی کرو اور اپنے گھر میں صرف اپنے قریبی لوگوں کو مدعو کرو جیسا کہ آپ عید پر کرتے ہیں، لیکن جلد از جلد شادی کر لیں اور اس میں تاخیر نہ کریں، وہ اپنی شادی میں تاخیر کرتے ہیں۔ بڑی شادیوں، جہیز یا جہیز کے لیے نوکری، مکان یا مالیات نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے شادیاں۔ میں نے اپنے بچوں سے کہا کہ آپ کی شادی صرف سادگی سے ہو گی اور آپ کی شادی مساجد میں ہو گی، اور میں اپنے بچوں، بیوی اور والدین کا بہت شکر گزار ہوں کہ وہ اس فیصلے پر راضی ہو گئے اور آخر کار ہم نے سب سے سادگی سے شادی کی جو ہم کر سکتے تھے۔ عبداللہ اللہ والا کی نیہا شعیب کے ساتھ میرے والد کے 15 بھائی اور بہنیں ہیں اور میرے 500 سے زیادہ کزن، ان کی شریک حیات، ان کے بچے اور ان کے بچوں کے بچے ہیں! میرے فون میں 25000 نمبر ہیں، میرے فیس بک پر 10 لاکھ لوگ، چند سو اسٹاف ممبرز، معمول کی شادی کسی بہت بڑے کلب یا گراؤنڈ میں ہوئی ہوگی جس میں کم از کم 1000 مہمان ہوں گے! ہمارے قبیلے میں خاندان کے افراد اور سماجی حلقوں کی بڑی تعداد کی وجہ سے عموماً شادیاں بڑی جگہوں پر ہوتی ہیں۔ میں اس شادی میں اپنے بہت ہی قریبی اسکول، کام اور سماجی دوستوں کو مدعو کرنے کے قابل نہیں تھا، کیونکہ میں یہ یقینی بنانا چاہتا تھا کہ میں کوئی منافق نہیں ہوں جو سادہ کام کرنے اور پھر بھی اپنے خاندان کے لیے بڑا اجتماع کرنے کو کہتا ہوں۔ جیسا کہ اسلامی قانون میں منافق سب سے بدتر ہیں۔ لہٰذا ایک وہ تبدیلی ہونی چاہیے جو وہ دنیا میں دیکھنا چاہتے ہیں، اور مجھے امید ہے کہ یہ مثال مزید لوگوں کی حوصلہ افزائی کرے گی جو کہ برداشت نہیں کر سکتے، سادہ شادیاں کریں۔ اس شادی کی تقریب میں استعمال نہ ہونے والی 30 لاکھ کی تھوڑی سی رقم بزرگوں کے گھروں، یتیم خانوں کو کھانا پہنچانے اور دوسروں کے لیے اچھے معیار کا سستا شادی کا کھانا حاصل کرنے کے لیے استعمال کیا جائے گا۔ اللہ اس عمل کو قبول فرمائے، آمین دلہا اور دلہن کے لیے دعا کریں کہ وہ ہمیشہ مسکراتے چہروں اور دلوں کے ساتھ خوش رہیں! براہ کرم اس پوسٹ کو موقع کا اعلان 📣 سمجھیں۔ For last 15 years when people inbox me asking for marriages, I told them to do a simple wedding and invite only your close family in your home like you do at eid, but do get married asap and don’t delay it, they delay their weddings due to no job, house, or finance for the large wedding , dowry or jahez. I told my kids that you will get a simple wedding only and you will be married in mosques, and I am very thankful to my kids, wife and parents that they agree to this decision and we finally did the most simplist wedding we could have done of Abdullah Allahwala with Neha Shoaib My father has 15 brothers and sisters and I have 500+ cousins, their spouses, their children, and their children’s children ! I have 25000 numbers in my phone, 1 million people on my Facebook, few hundred staff members, a usual wedding would have been done in a very large club or ground with at least 1000 guests ! Our tribe normally has weddings in large spaces due to the large number of family members and social circles. I wasn’t able to invite my very close school, work and social friends to this wedding, all because I wanted to make sure I am not a hypocrite who tells to do simple and yet do a large gathering for my own family. As hypocrite are the worst of the worst in Islamic law. I want to apologize to all my family members and friends who I was not able to invite, I still love you all So one must be the change that they wish to see in the world, and I hope that this example will encourage more who can’t afford to, do simple weddings. A small amount of 30 lakh not used at this wedding party will be used to get food to elderly homes, orphanages and build a system for others to get good quality cheaper wedding food.
