Today I had my first heat stroke 🥵, I passed out for a few moments ! I am amazed how Jabar Mirbahr and others living in hot areas of our country are able to work all day and work is hard to make a living ! Jabar is a farmer and fisherman, making a living using his hard hand and body muscles 💪! Do connect, do visit his village to stay a day or 2 to learn and share what you know with him ! His number is +92 321 3208932
