How often do you follow your desires? How often do you allow yourself to have what you want? In relationship In your purpose In your everyday life? . . How often do you remove what isn’t serving you from your life and stop settling for crumbs? . . How often are you making decisions that are in your best interests, even though you know others won’t be very happy with it, and perhaps you even hurting their feelings? . How often do you choose yourself over others? . How often do you choose your happiness over people-pleasing? . OMG! . People-pleasing! . Of course! .
