This is Nazir Ahmed Vaid , a serial social entrepreneur. Based out of Islamabad and have recently set up a 5 level plaza to promote Freelancing. We intend to train people to become Freelancers so that the impact of current scenario be neutralised to some extent. Our model is to engage Team Leads in basic traits and give them novice teams. These team Leads will train their Team Members in their area of expertise and then give them project for execution on revenue share basis. The Team Members will also be trained in effective Freelancing so that at some stage they may become independent.
