Can you explain the entire Kashmir situation? I read the agreement in the Indian constitution. I don't think the area was demilitarized by either side, I may be wrong, but if neither side acted accordingly then did India violate its own Constitution? Or is Pakistan really causing terrorism which voids the agreement in India's favor? Everything I see is based upon emotions. What are the facts? Because of the agreement in the Indian Constitution 370 subsection 5A, does Kashmir have a legal claim? Please explain. Via Jonathan D. Lipson
