The symbol of CHANGE for Pakistan is finally here after 22 years of his journey of starting his new Party !
He has successfully woken up the youth of Pakistan and now the rest of them who were asleep will also be awaken by the rest of the country as the time of growth for this neglected country is finally here !
How will this happen ?
Many ways,
1. The political symbol of HOPE & CHANGE is here, so the people are very highly motivated !
2. The world itself has changed in last 10 years and we have entered into hyper connectivity, hyper awareness via Facebook, Youtube and whatapp.
3. Pakistan’s every corner now has high speed internet and people are online and there is no way but to go up as more and more people KNOW what they can have and are starting to want it, thus they will get what they want.
4. Most people in Pakistan make $2 a day so if that becomes even 3x the growth of country will be exponential.
5. Pakistan has 200,000,00 or 200 million people, who all are aspiring to be online, to have basics like tv, electricity, water, clothing, entertainment, homes, shoes, cell phones, cars, travel !
All this means that there is a huge scope of quantity and quality global franchises or even local franchises to start and make their services available to the masses !
6. Pakistan has 14,000 post offices. The largest bank has 2500 branches, but the largest restaurant chain is smaller than 100 outlets, largest cat has less than 50 outlet, largest tea shop is less than 30 outlets, largest bakery has 200 outlets, largest shoe business BATA and Service have less than 200 outlets.
These numbers are not 100% accurate as they are not listed but these numbers show me that the potential there is for scaling on Pakistan in every single space out there !
If there can be 2500 bank branches of just one bank, there should be 2500 subway, coffe, tea outlets !
7. Pakistan allows foreigners to buy land, own 100% and take all their money where they want, Middle East, India, China does not offer this.
8. English is Pakistan’s official language and it’s very very easy to do business in Pakistan.
9. The thousands of app developers who the world has been hiring will be focusing on building more and more apps now in doing everything in Pakistan an App away.
10. High growth area in my opinions are , chains of low cost fastfood, motels, Entertainment spaces like water parks and amusements parks, coffee and tea shops, storage spaces, housing projects, technology parks, retirement communities.
While the UK has 1% growth, us is 2.2 % , Pakistan will be growing at 8% to 10%
