speaking from my own personal experience: self-pity is the worst form of therapy / medication. get off your ass and go exercise, meditate, or better yet just go help someone else who’s also having a bad day. giving selflessly to others in need will probably make you feel a lot better than wallowing in your own tears and shit. ❤️💩🙏🏼 “I cried because I had no shoes... until I met a man who had no feet.” - Helen Keller Via Dave McClure

This is 8-month old Leila Al-Ghandoor. She died today after inhaling tear gas that was shot by Israeli forces in Gaza. Over 50 others were killed and 2,000 wounded. Another innocent victim of apartheid and state terrorism. And the world is silent. 🇵🇸 I urge all muslims, non Muslims, to ADOPT as a FRIEND One Person from Israel and one person from Palestine as a FRIEND, and ask them about their pains, about how they see the world. I urge you, request you, beg you to do this as this is something we all can do, as this will help the world become a more understandable place thus we will be able to resolve these issues. I know it sounds insane, but this is something YOU and YOUR FRIENDS Can do, and it will make a huge difference https://www.facebook.com/search/people/?q=People%20who%20live%20in%20Gaza click below and you will find them, just add them !
