Question: How to help these people if i have limited resources

Answer: Go sir with them, ask them their names, how long they have been doing this, their family, ask them if they would like to have tea with you, be their friend, and you will eventually have resources to empower them ! Money is not the empowerment, your time and love is !

And if you can, share their video with us and their numbers so we can also be their friends !
