Mulla Nasrudin’s Missing Ring
One night, Mulla Nasrudin stumbled out of his house, frantically searching the ground under a streetlamp. A neighbor, curious, approached and asked, "Mulla, what are you looking for?"
"My ring!" Nasrudin replied, crawling on his hands and knees. The neighbor joined the search, but after a while, he asked, "Where did you lose it?"
Nasrudin pointed toward his dark house. "In there," he said. The neighbor frowned. "Then why are you looking out here?"
Nasrudin shrugged. "Because the light is better here!"
