• The person must be a seller on Amazon and have successfully launched at least two+ products. As a seller, he or she must be generating $10k per month minimum to become a part of the Enablers team.
Apart from that, some personality traits are also must to work with us:
• To join our team, you must be self-motivated and passionate about working with us. A self-motivated person works harder to achieve the
goals, and outstandingly performs every task.
• You need to be ambitious and willing to set challenging goals for yourself. Selling on Amazon requires proper strategies and efforts; if you are willing to give your 100%, then you are most welcomed.
• As a Consultant / Ambassador of Enablers, he or she must have good communication skills so that he/she can guide people properly and help
them achieve their goals.
• One of the crucial criteria to become a member of the Enablers team is planning skills regarding selling on Amazon. A person who can plot out what needs to be done can prepare accordingly and keep the business running smoothly.
• The person should possess leadership qualities, as well. He or she must have the capabilities to lead a team and have management skills. A good leader can inspire and motivate others around him or her.
• Most importantly, the person must be an active listener and patient. A person who listens actively gets the job done efficiently, maintain a good relationship, and build effective trust with clients. Dealing with clients requires a lot of patience and a positive attitude.
We will need to ensure that the people we are selecting have a thorough understanding of the Amazon FBA Business, and most importantly, he or she is
loyal towards his/her work as well as our team.
