Asaalam Alekum,
I am pretty good, I am a Pakistani/American residing in Bay Area, California, Silicon Valley. Recently retired from a 30 years high-tech, now looking to help others but don’t know how.
Following link should tell you, all about my professional achievements, from VP of hardware engineering, CTO to owning my own business.

I have couple of ideas of how to help my birth country. But I am stuck on how to proceed or even if they are achievable or possible. Thus i am looking towards you for advice or connection to make them happen.
1. Out of all South Asian counties, Bangladesh has achieved the fastest growth for last decade.
Two reasons- First reason is utilization of potential workforce which was not taped in previously. Pakistan is also blessed with such a workforce but these million of hardworking/capable women (several women do work but % is still very low) are unable to contribute in our male-dominated workforce due to culture and misunderstood religion practices.
Answer to this in Bangladesh was easy, recharge & boost the home industry. It is easier for these ladies to work in their own privacy of home, away from male-dominated market and also keep an eye on kids. This form of business is easily accepted by husband or fathers.
The second reason, why Bangladesh is on a Super charge economy is due to micro-banking for home-industry. These ladies will not prosperous unless they have working capital. Here is a link what I am talking about.
https://www.britannica.com/topic/microcredit
What I like to do is, create something like this, using the latest technology of smartphones (which are plenty) and blockchain. These loans will be small $50-100 dollars to reduce risk. Short term 1-3 months. Defaulter will not be able to apply again. There will be no interest but a small fee to keep this business active. Idea is not to make money but help the Pakistani women’s force to excel out of poverty and help increase Pakistan workforce.
Bangladesh has done it why can’t we.
In the end, above is just an idea, I have no idea if possible or even how to start.
As my comment is already too long I will leave my second idea for future.
Thank you,
Jawed Sayed
