Rizwan Akram asked me why people come to work with me and then leave me. Answer: I am not perfect and too much exposure has made me a very very weird and outcast for our society. My ideas are not what most would call normally accepted. I am also not a perfect man, I have many errors in me, that I have been learning to over come for last 3 decades, yet I still have many many errors left. They come, with excitement but after some time excitement to be around me goes away, and they see just a man, so they try to stay as long as they can stand me, and the compensation they get is enough to bare this pain, but when they grow stronger, and can find a better place to be at, they leave as it becomes unbearable to bare me. I have realized this pattern and also realized that I am fundamentally a teacher to those who wish to be constant learner, I am not the best kind, but those who do come near me have to keep growing emotionally, intellectually and financially or leave. I seek comfort in the quote by Conficus When the student is ready the teacher appears, and when student is truly ready the teacher disappears. 🙂 Hope this answers your question.
