I believe that the usa should have given free intenet to afghanistan for 4 years and everyone a smart phone !
The situation would be totally differnt Today ! They spent trillions on this project , but spending $50 per phone x 27 million people would have showed more results !
Pakistan government and army Should consider doing this now !
