Blast from the past ! In the first Licensed call center of Pakistan 🇵🇰 of yours truly ! Year 2003 It took 8 months to explain what the call center is and then they made a licence for it and we had the first one ☝️ Was still visited by the police 👮‍♂️ and scared all staff and I lost everything 2nd time 🙂 2nd bankruptcy! Started all over again 🙂 But in this process had given 2000 books on how to start a call center in Pakistan 🇵🇰by Suzanne Bowen given out ! Probably helped many who later then started their call center d the whole industry !
