I think it’s great time to allocate them 3 acre govt owned unused land to grow something and build them a small house in it ! If they grow successfully something in it in 2 years we give it to them for 10 and give it to them for 30 Years if they grow something in it and pay tax on the growth ! They should not be able to sell it ! Baluchistan would be a great place to do this ! They will have social distance also and we can grow something on un used land !
