I m from DELHI. I visited Pakistan 4 times - urban & rural . While crossing Wagha/ Attari border I left behind all pre conceived notions & entered Pakistan without any bias. I had no fear travelling alone there. I didn't find bearded gun weilding terrorists or burqa clad women . In Lahore Rawalpindi Multan Bhawalpur Karachi Okara Faislabad Chakwal youngsters ( boys girls ) were same as in Delhi / Mumbai. Saaf suthre ghar ( both rural urban) Saaf suthre Hotels , restaurants & Dhabas Police & staff @immigration dept was courteous & understanding. 3000 years old Hindu Katas Raj Temple has been restored to its original galory thanks to Punjab Tourism Pakistan. Their motorways & state ways are great - driving is ekdumm mast with midway restaurants. Pakistani Culinary delights are yummy - mmmmmmmm. Common Pakistani bahut garamJoshi se milta hai Indians ko. Made loads of friends . Itna Pyaar dular India k bahar Wale mulko main kahin nahi milta. Main aam aadmi hoon - muze politics se Kuch nahi lena. Muze Aanand Hi Aanand mila. And when we both #love n adore our respective #neighbours, it doesnt make us less #patriotic Indians Pakistanis I am Surjit Anand !
