When I sit with non Muslims and Muslims of other sects, they share lack of understanding and trust towards Muslims and Muslims of other sects, as they don’t have any close friends in that circle, they have never been to a mosque / Imam Bargah , and they are scared of going to a mosque like I am scared going to a church & synagogues alone !
But if we broadcast thousands of mosques of all sects publicly and open ourselves to conversations and questioning, we can open doors towards better understanding and less hate and confusion towards the ones we don’t know about !
By opening ourselves online like this, we show that we trust ourselves, and we have belief in what we are saying is right and anyone is welcome to ask us questions with respect ! Thus I wish that all religious institutions should be broadcasting their content on public sites like Facebook and YouTube, for a better more harmonious world !
