my Idea of corruption free Pakistan is actually having open office and all services, all departments under same roof along with Wistle blower incentive and competitive awards for excelence to employees of the year.

I can bet corruption would end and also by having every department under same roof we will safe a lot in terms of office space that Government must be paying.
