If you want to know what I really think, my honest answer would be that the actual current leadership and controller of Pakistan is neither the government (which is what I and most of your readers thought you were referring to) nor the army (which is what you evidently intended), nor powerful and wealthy corporations, banks, etc., national or multinational.
Rather, as spiritualists are well aware, the real current and eternal leadership is comprised of the true well-wishers of Pakistan like Data Ganj Baksh Ali Hujweri (ra), Baba Farid Ganj Shakkar (ra), Allama Muhammad Iqbal (ra), Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah (ra) and many other great Sufis and their faithful servants. These patrons of Pakistan are living even today and all working together under the guidance of the Holy Prophet himself (saw) and under the protection of the One Supreme.God of all the worlds, known as Allah (swt) in Arabic and by other names in other languages.
These exalted personalities are really overseeing what is happening in their beloved Land of the Pure, allowing things apparently to take their natural course but gradually leading Pakistan to its great destiny as the holy Medina-i-Sani where pure Islam - love, peace, truth, justice, care of the poor and weaker, etc. - will be re-established and will spread all over the world inshaAllah. This is what I think.
