The more I look at the issue of AI and job replacement, the more concerned I become, particularly for everyday people in everyday jobs. I am worried about the impact to the economies when billions of the worlds consumers are limited severely in what they can consume. I am additionally concerned about governments that are so tightly intertwined with the very rich that they care nott a rats ass about everyday people.
My question to you today is this: How do you think jobs can be created in the AI Century? Who should or will finance them? Will it be governments, socially responsible employers, social entrepreneurs or what?
Where will those jobs be based? Will it be in heartland America or overpopulated Nigeria?
Any ideas?
