Sir Ministry of education or HEC should talk to this large enterprises like Udacity, Coursera.. then they provide scholarships to that specific country.. they also provide scholarships for free to under developed countries like Africa and Afghanistan.. But again some people talk to them and tell them the condition of their country.. like how far behind they are from developed countries specifically in technology.. And I believe PAKISTAN can do better in technology.. Very recent example of election that we are still opening every single ballot paper and counting every single vote at other side they are talking about flying cars and self driving cars.. Sir you have saw the world you know better than me.. Respected Sir we should try to find out some way and this is final that the future of education is E-learning..
