Many people come to our lives but we can’t guide them after a certain point, this includes our own brothers, sisters, and children !
This also includes sometimes the people we work with!
Today I want to introduce today a very amazing young man Mr Aftab CardWala
He came to work with us as a tea boy, we worked with him and educated him, guided him as much as we could and now the time of resistance has arrived.
For many years I have been paying salary to Aftab for leading to do photoshop, video editing, acting, and now we are no more able to do so as he refuses to learn and work with the teams he work with.
I bought him a bike so he can work part time as a careem driver, got him a drivers Licence but he doesn’t want to do that, then sent him to another friends office so maybe he can work there and he didn’t show up for office work there also.
I settled up 2 businesses for him but he didn’t do them also.
We then got him admission to Hunar foundation and he didn’t complete the course there also, and the fee we paid was wasted in part.
Every time we push him harder, he goes into Asma Attack, we bought him a nebulizer for that also !
This taught me that I can’t help a person who doesn’t want to be helped, Again !
The above is maybe 10% of what we have tried.
I love him dearly but for his own growth sake I can’t help him any more.
Now I need some out out there to interview him and see if there is something he can do for them !

We have sent him again more money yesterday as he claimed to be more sick but I can’t be responsible for him any more.
His wife and he was given laptops and multiple smart phones, and they both are good with photoshop usage.
I wrote in detail so anyone who works with him, Understand that he is honest, does not steal, and the complications of working with him.
I saw him also publicly asking for money from others, and I suggest you help if you like in ways that you can, but best is to guide him and give him work if you can.
I want him to go out there and spend 2 years and then if he chooses to grow up he can come and work again with us as family.
