Want to sell on Amazon ?
My first advice would be to spend at least 30hours *over a week not 30 hours straight*! watching lots of lots of YouTube videos on "FBA Amazon Selling".
Google "Jungle Scout" and read / watch everything free on that page. Same with "Manny Coats". Manny is NOT for beginners but it shows you the level of knowledge you need to get to. "AM/PM" podcast good too.
There are hundreds of thousands of people trying to teach how to sell. There are thousands and thousands of people selling courses for thousands of dollars. You dont need this. You can learn everything yourself. And anyone who tells you you will become a millionaire in half a year, you know theyre not serious and go learn from somebody else.
Its a lot of work and you can get there.... but it takes a lot of time a lot of energy a lot of passion and a lot of commitment. And nothing happens overnight or even in a year. Its a process. And a lot of learning too. If somebody tells you you can make $5,000 -10,000 a month your first year, this is somebody being a bit more realistic.
Dont forget you might sell $10,000 worth of stuff but you need to buy your merchandise, you need to ship it, you have to pay Amazon fees which come to about 35% of your selling costs, and you also need to bring customers and traffic to your listing on Amazon. (People wont magically appear at the item youre selling.) You can advertise on Amazon itself which most people do which brings the total that Amazon takes from you to close to 50% of the selling price.
Its an incredible honest way to sell any product in the world from anywhere in the world, and very easy to ship from Pakistan (or anywhere) to the Amazon warehouse in the country want to sell in.
Just please remember its not magic and nothing in life is free and if anybody tells you youll become a millionaire overnight, leave them and move on and learn from someone else.
And just like me youll make a ton of mistakes, but dont give up! Learn from your mistakes..... thats the best. Never give up. Make a target and get there. Happy to answer more detailed questions, feel free to ask.
