Do you know anyone with a disability that can sing, dance or play an instrument? There is disability awareness week and need a performance this Thursday at state building in downtown Chicago for 3-4 minutes between 12-1:30 pm.
This is all the info I have. It is done by the department of human services for the state of Illinois and Lt Gov will be speaking and can provide a letter to the performer.
