Anyone here in HR who can guide him what he should be doing ? Sorry sir, but I am really frustrated. I know I am being negative but there should be a limit on how low this nation can fall. I have been searching /hiring a field salesperson for over a year and I could not find a single candidate. Some that show up are not interested in working and others don't want to work at all. What is this? What do they want? I am offering a good amount of money and everything. I believe the people here are day dreamers and lazy AF. They only want to work for big title jobs and do nothing.
