Does it seem like the world is FALLING APART?
That humanity is becoming increasingly more divided and that no one can come to agreement over anything?
If you have noticed and want to know why, read on.

.....

In our world the paradigm of scientific truth has come to dominate over any other truth.

This paradigm demands that the most intelligent among us (therefore those who should make decisions for the rest of us) recognise the following maxim;

If it cannot be proved/has not been proved- it does not exist or is at best pseudo-science.

Ignorance has a new definition: Belief in things which have not been proven by science.

Those who do not adhere to this standard are ostracised from their careers and labelled as stupid( the most terrifying word for the self described enlightened man of science)

This maxim has had certain CONSEQUENCES on humanity which the educated have failed to ascertain on their quest to rid the world of what they identify as number one enemy of intelligence and progress: GOD.

If you ask a scientist wether right and wrong are real tangible truths they will tell you that there is NOTHING in the laws of physics or mathematics that dictates right and wrong exist in the universe.

Altruism and Self Sacrifice? Reduced to mere reward theory.
Consciousness? An Illusion
Love? Chemicals

But we know some things are wrong and this is right you will scream.
Believe me I understand, the same men who deny absolute truth will two minutes later be hypocritically saying "this isnt fair, that isnt right" appealing to the very standard they say doesnt exist.

It has become part of materialist dogma to deny the existence of any supra-natural moral law (Law outside the laws of physics).
Why? Because it proves the existence of GOD.

What happens when the so called most intelligent men in the world are telling us that there is no truth other than fact which can be measured?

Everything other than science is reduced to mere opinion.

People forget that freedom (wether it be in action or speech) cannot entail at anothers expense.
People start to conflate the idea that having a right to do something is that same as being right in doing it!

We know that free speech and free action is not absolute and there are still restricted categories by law.
There are still enough sane people left in the majority to stand up for the existence of a moral Law.
Read the constitution of the states in America;

"No person who denies the being of a God shall hold any office in the civil departments of this State, nor be competent to testify as a witness in any Court."
-Arkansas State Constitution

"That no religious test ought ever to be required as a qualification for any office of profit or trust in this State, other than a declaration of belief in the existence of God; nor shall the Legislature prescribe any other oath of office than the oath prescribed by this Constitution.” -Maryland State Constitution

"No person who denies the existence of a Supreme Being shall hold any office in this state."- Mississippi State Constitution

"The following persons shall be disqualified for office: First, any person who shall deny the being of Almighty God."- North Carolina State Constitution

"No person who denies the existence of a Supreme Being shall hold any office under this Constitution." -South Carolina State Constitution

"No person who denies the being of God, or a future state of rewards and punishments, shall hold any office in the civil department of this state."- Tennessee State Constitution

"No religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office, or public trust, in this State; nor shall any one be excluded from holding office on account of his religious sentiments, provided he acknowledge the existence of a Supreme Being. -Texas State Constitution"

"No person who acknowledges the being of a God and a future state of rewards and punishments shall, on account of his religious sentiments, be disqualified to hold any office or place of trust or profit under this Commonwealth." -Pennsylvania State Constitution

"No person who denies the being of a God shall hold any office in the civil departments of this State, nor be competent to testify as a witness in any Court."
-Arkansas State Constitution

Why do the state constitutions say this?
Because the law and justice cannot function, cannot exist in a world where Right and Wrong do not also exist as tangible/real truths!!!

A Godless world has only one kind of destiny.
Eventually paeodphiles and murderers will also get to demand that we should accept them for who they are under the guise of tolerance and freedom. And there will be many benevolent crusaders on their side who will call those that disagree intolerant and ignorant.

I have loved science ever since I can remember
because I love knowledge in all its faces but are there really no educated men left who know enough philosophy to point out the fallacy of a world where the only truth is that which can be proven and measured by instruments?

We may not be able to detect or measure right and wrong in the laws of physics, but we know them via the laws of God and good, which we can measure using the greatest gift we have been given: Our conscious mind. A reflection of our creator.

Unless we can appeal to the existence of something absolute, something objectively true for all people, a standard outside ourselves in which truth and qualitative values can be made sense of society is destined to destroy itself.

Period.
