One of two things, I think. Id either start a non-profit foundation that would carefully devise methods by which the public at large could legally effect political objectives. From devising civil disobedience tactics, to crowd funding social media campaigns to attempting to start egalitarian memes. etc.

Or, I would submit the million dollars as a prize to universities who would compete in a multi-disciplined competition for a viable plan to form a corporation that would out-compete normal businesses by hiring idealists who would own the corporation, but could never sell their shares. They would live in corporate housing, eat from corporate grocery stores and go to corporate doctors etc etc.

So Psychology departments would devise an interview process for this corporations employees that would screen for social idealism and non materialistic personalities. Business department would determine the best core business to interface with the rest of the world to extract profits for the corporation to grow, and the most efficient ways to form ancillary businesses to support the employees needs.

Efficiency in both the core business and the support business would be enormous in that there would be no salaries for any employees. All employees are equally invited to request resources from the company for outside interests and activities (ie money for a night out on the town, luxury items etc.) and all requests would be balances by computer analysis of available funds and individual expenditures to date.

Id really love to see an egalitarian enterprise out compete the economic slavery that is modern elitist capitalism. If the million bucks came up with a good plan I would then pitch it to billionaires who might want to go down in history.
