We welcome full-time leaders… and we would be happy to take a part-time consultant if you wish to volunteer in our mission.
We are not a charity. We are a not-for-profit.
We don’t run on huge tuition fees. We don’t take donations from just anyone. Our founder personally funds a large portion of our operations because we believe in independence, dignity, and purpose.
We expect to break even in two years — but until then, this mission will be fueled by passion, not by large paychecks.
