I want to launch a new AI app in 30 days Here's my plan: Day 1-2: Test different LLM APIs to see which one works best for the problem I want to solve Day 3-7: Write the product, design, and engineering requirements with my team Day 8-10: Set up our Google Cloud environment and familiarize ourselves with their AI & ML tools (they're offering up to $350k in credits to AI startups so makes sense for us to try this) Day 11-15: Start building the core functionalities of the app Day 16-20: Integrate our chosen AI models and APIs Day 21-25: Implement a basic UI for the MVP Day 26-30: Test rigorously for bugs and create our launch plan I'm sharing our plan publicly so I can get feedback on what we're missing or reasons why this wouldn't work.
