Wanted : tech savvy change makers for Kashmir. Salary up to $300,000. Carefully read fine print below - there’s a catch here -).

Our mission : to train and empower LOCAL entrepreneurs to get back on their own feet. Some of us will be there full time, some locals part time, and some going back and forth. We expect to set up a well oiled organization in less than 2 years.
Call to action : if any of my RC fellows (first priority) want to help me set up Schools in the Cloud in Kashmir - just say aye. We will be camping there for next few years. I need tech savvy people who have following skills :
- never takes oneself too seriously
- willing to work 24x7
- ability to find humor in tough situations
- loves seeing little children grow up fascinated by the mathematics all around them
- sees massive personal ROI in being local and seeing local change
- understands the power of a collaborative global citizenry through the Internet
- is kind of agnostic about religion
- commits to a lifetime of service - and if this work suits them, could potentially move
- K through 12 teachers of math physics and English
- recognizes that this is not Disneyland. We could get shot dead - first few years recourse to law or law enforcement will be tough.
Start date ? ASAP.
What we will provide right away : 2 round trip tix in coach from anywhere you are visiting from (valid for 6 months), $5000 to close old shop elsewhere, reboot and move, basic accommodation in my hostel / dorm), YOU WILL BE STAYING WITH ME AND OUR TEAM.
Unlimited local travel, clothing, one car (or moped) with local driver, insurance, lodging, boarding, meals, access to a live-in Doctor, cell phones and high speed connectivity to be provided by MJFF (Motwani Jadeja Family Foundation).
Stipend : you pay yourself in local currency what you think is fair to live comfortably. We will all be doing the same.
We have NO organization or concrete plans. We will be winging it as we along.
