Communicating with Pakistanis and my assessment is good potential. In my opinion, people are not capitalizing on the potential. There are several possible reasons. Perhaps a person has a goal, and then not making a plan, or making a plan and not following through. It's very nice to think about being successful, but success is impossible if you don't put effort to follow through on a plan. Is it because change is frightening, or is remaining in familiar mind sets more attractive than progress? For some reason I don't see capitalization of human potential.
