Good CEOs are created not because of the savvy names of the companies they register, good CEOs are created by knowing the names of even the family members of their teams. I am serious. Take interest in your team members personal lives. Send cards on their children’s birthdays and a box of pizza as a surprise. Attend their weddings. Ask to be invited because they may feel hesitant inviting you. Visit the hospital when your team member is having his/her child. Share that happiness with them. Do everything that other CEOs rarely do and then see the productivity and the loyalty of your team increase permanently. Via #MirMak
