What is #TeamRehan ?
Rabia wants to create 10,000 citizen journalist, who will take action using Facebook live by interviewing, discussing, Introducing, connecting, Smiling and giving courage.
Each person who Wants to be part of #TeamRehan has to interview at least 50 interviews so they can correct their techniques, Build their confidence, Reduce their Fear of talking to people in front of a live audience that includes their own family members and friends.
We have found that if we can activate these people to highlight their own problems, the solutions of the problems are always around them, just hiding in the blind spots of under the shawl of fear.
We have found that this technique builds trust, gives courage, removes friction among people, and speeds up the growth of the society in all forms including intellect, economy, moral values.
Once a person exposes themselves on facebook live and talks to 50 people, the amount of trust that is given to this person is phenomenal, and people start coming to this person with their problems and solutions to the problem, and this person becomes the connector that acts as glue or catalyst for change in their circle of influence, which also grows due to these interviews.
I Rehan Allahwala was scared to give this mammoth task to this young 21 year old ambitious girl, but I now believe that we will be able to reach to this goal by 2021
We have created this Facebook group, for those who want to take this leap of faith with us and go forward in changing themselves, so that the society around them also takes their positivity and embrace these changes.
