My name is Syed Faraz Liaquat. I am contesting for the position of "Youth Group Director." I have been working as a Youth Development Activist in my capacity ever since my days as an Undergraduate Student. I did my BS in Electronic Engineering from Sir Syed University in 2012. Currently I am working as a Research Associate in Electronic Engineering Department of Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology. I’m also doing my MS in Engineering Management from SSUET.
My place at the University enables me to work closely with the youth of our society thus giving fruition to my dream of working towards productive development of the Youth of our society. Ever since my days as a student I have taken part in such productive activities which contributed toward my development as well as that of my peers. I represented Pakistan in United Nations twice in Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty Week (#NPT -May 2015) and International Day for Persons Disabled (#IDPD -Dec 2015)

Some of the events I’ve been able to participate in are as follows:

As the Project Partner of PUAN, currently I’m working on Interfaith Harmony Club (Days for Inter-religious Youth Actions) with Project Lead Mrs. Ambar N. Sajid. The objective of which is to bring together the people from various religious backgrounds. In this project, we have organized the following activities: (August 2016 to September 2016)
• Eid Celebration
• Interfaith Football Match
• Raksha-Bandhan
• Interfaith Youth Dialogue
• Interfaith Speech Competition
• Closing Ceremony
