Chan Zuckerberg may want to consider putting up an online school for coding and doing Competetion and awards for the winners from around the globe, ie if they can learn to code well, can be hired by facebook or others based on the scores and certificates that they are given from this online school.

We badly need a Khan Academy for coding and learning english !

Do consider with your team, as english among all humans will reduce friction in understanding of each other and coding apps will allow us to use more tech to solve our corruption, and in efficiency around the globe.
