People who leave impressions on us are people, these people make impressions with their attitudes, smiles, choice of words, acts of kindness, acts of wrong doings.
Based on those we then call the family, company, city, or country good, bad or amazing.
Government do not ask us to break the traffic law, be rude to our customers, or give bad service, it is us who do these things, and we blame others most of the times in blaming for things.
Just like bad things these good things are also viral, and will spread, when YOU become great, everything around you will slowly become great.
