I went today to the factory of Henry Ford and am very inspired that he Doubled the salary of everyone at that given time, and created a huge hand in the middle class of United States. Since I started going to my Father's office when I was 6, I have been wanting to find a way to make the people who work with me, partners with me, and do profit sharing, Today after watching this, I am thinking more about this and trying to figure out how, I can also make all my current team my partner, and make MINIMUM take home income in my company in Pakistan to Rs 100,000 for all graduate level jobs. I hope people like Asaad Zaheer , Muneeb Iqbal , Muhammad Fahad Superwala, and Ahsan Saleem Kathoria can help me figure it out asap.
