HE does not have much budget, so he wants guidance on things, that will cost him any money, ie how to make toys from garbage, how to paint walls with the kids with cartoons and characters, or wall of ideas where they can write there idea without their names, or a big black and white board where they can paint, without any one asking them what they are painting, or graffiti
