My Answer is to make Google Now work in Urdu, Announce a 1 Million to 5 Million dollar XPRIZE for making a teacher app like SIRI on apple phone, which can educate the entire country as and when needed, we wont need the teachers as we have today in a few years time, these devices we have in our pockets and in front of us will change everything for us in next decades
