You cant just jump online and expect to be successful in BUSINESS. Why do you think it takes 4 years to get a business degree? Its not something everyone understands immediately or can be successful in it. If you dont understand economics, you wont succeed no matter how hard you try...what is fortunate, learning about "on-line business" is UNIVERSAL and not specific to the way any one economy in a country runs...the internet is its own economy.
