What is crime by Jawahar Patani Crime .. is what we see as wrong or something that is not within the law of the land or a law of a organisation or sect, what may seem wrong may be right for another, it would be a crime to avoid tax yet to a businessman it would be right to avoid it, it would be a crime to steal yet to a hungry man it would be right to steal to quench the pangs of hunger , it would be a crime to steal data but to the NSA it is right as it is used for good of the people... crime has various forms ... but to a person who commits it would depend on the circumstance , and to you as judge ... people love defiance and part of crime is defiance ,, people love to have what they don't have and some just take it away from another ... so crime has quite a but of grey area ... to answer that .. We need to define what is right and what is wrong ...
