Isn't so long back (140 years) that there were no such things as "passports" and "visas" and "laws" "permitting" entry into modern countries (all bets off in places crushed under despotic tyrants). Entry barriers are a hallmark of tyrannies, why are democracies distracting their people with misleading concepts like this today? Vickram Crishna
