People who are able to Migrate from Pakistan and are still living in Pakistan to make it a better place, are putting their family and the selves on risk on the notion of Building the Nation. I would say it is equal to Jihad if they are doing so. Please the lease you can do is appreciate them, and help them amplify their work.
